Job Title: Personal Injury Fee Earner - MOJ/Part 7 Fee Earner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a manageable caseload of 150–200 Personal Injury RTA claims, primarily within the MOJ portal and Part 7 claims.
  • Provide timely and professional legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Identify cases where litigation is tactically beneficial and take necessary action.
  • Take a practical and commercial approach to settlements, advising clients on litigation and cost risks.
  • Liaise effectively with sources, medical agencies, and insurers to proactively progress cases.
  • Prioritise tasks and maintain regular communication with clients through various channels.
Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing Personal Injury RTA claims.
  • Strong knowledge of CPR and relevant case law.
  • Competent with case management systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with great attention to detail.
