I am thrilled to announce that an expanding firm is on the verge of securing an insurance contract. As they gear up for growth, they are seeking talented individuals to fill several positions, including roles as Personal Injury Fee Earner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 150–200 RTA Personal Injury claims, utilising our cutting-edge Case Management System (Proclaim) and adhering to internal procedures.
  • Provide professional, timely, and tailored legal advice to clients, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.
  • Identify cases suitable for litigation and initiate proceedings when strategically advantageous.
  • Take a pragmatic and commercial approach to settlements, while advising clients on litigation and cost risks.
  • Liaise effectively with medical agencies, experts, insurers, and other relevant parties to drive case progression.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring high-quality service delivery without compromising integrity.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in handling RTA Personal Injury cases from inception to resolution.
  • Proficiency with case management systems and MS Office.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
