Personal Injury (EL/PL) Fee Earner - Liverpool

Hybrid working

A fantastic law firm specialising in personal injury is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced EL/PL Fee Earner to join their accomplished team in Liverpool. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a successful and well established personal injury team and progress and develop within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of fast track EL/PL files from inception to settlement
  • Assist in preparing cases for litigation, including drafting legal documents, collaborating with experts, and attending court as and when required
  • Stay up to date with developments in personal injury law
  • Maintain communication with clients with updates on case progression etc
  • Carry out negotiations with third parties, securing optimal results for clients

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months previous experience dealing with EL/PL cases from inception to settlement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage caseload of EL/PL cases efficiently
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with clients
