You, a Personal Assistant who can support multiple Directors at one time, are needed to start immediately at this top London based medical Charity. You will support with diary management, event booking, finance admin and PowerPoint edit, amongst other duties.

This medical charity in London is extremely well self funded and has the ability to explore some of our less well researched diseases and illnesses. They support with research, funding and scientific expertise.

Description

As the Personal Assistant in London you will:

  • Scheduling appointment and organising diary entries assessing priorities and rescheduling where necessary
  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
  • Arranging conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events for internal and external attendees
  • Support project coordination, managing deadlines, recording meeting minutes and supporting colleagues to ensure delivery
  • Be able to work without prescriptive processes and on issues where sufficient information may not be available.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as required to support team members
  • Assist in developing ways of working across all Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants and share best practice.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organisation

Profile

To be successful in applying to this medical charity, you should have:

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including senior executives, employees, academics, and industry partners.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Experience in project coordination, managing deadlines, recording meeting minutes.
  • Demonstrate initiative when making decisions regarding priorities and available time.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with only some guidance.
  • Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
  • Possess sound judgement.

A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise.

Job Offer

You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of 20p/h-23p/h and the chance to be made permanent.
