Join a prestigious international law firm as their new PA, supporting their IT team, including the IT Director on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Assistant/Junior PA looking for a step up; this role offers the successful candidate the chance to further their PA career in the Legal sector, working with and learning from the best.

Key responsibilities:

As the new Personal Assistant, you will working on:

  • Diary management.
  • Meeting organisation.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Process team expenses and invoices.
  • Attending team meetings and taking minutes.
  • Support with team budgets.
  • Supporting with event organisation - venue, refreshments, and logistics.
  • Keeping the intranet page and policies up to date.
  • Proof reading and preparing documents.
  • Other general administrative tasks.

Key skills and experience:

To thrive in this PA role, you will:

  • Require experience working as a Personal Assistant / Junior PA / Team Assistant within a law firm.
  • Present an interest in tech and IT.
  • Have strong IT skills.
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Be flexible and a strong team player
