I am pleased to be working with a fantastic client based in the North London area and as such they have a requirement for a Personal Assistant.

This role is to predominately provide high level 1:1 support to the Senior Director and his Team.

Please note this is a fully office-based role with core working hours of Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm. 

You will provide comprehensive PA support and ensure that all operational tasks are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-level administrative support by way of diary management, expenses, board reports and meeting preparation

• Act as a liaison between SLT, H&S Manager and Head of Customer Service

• Manage and prioritise incoming requests, emails, screening phone calls and responding or redirecting as necessary

• Supporting the efficient management of the office, collaborating with all team members to create a positive working environment

The successful Personal Assistant

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks within set timeframes

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to perform your role with integrity, discretion and confidentiality

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across the business working across all functions

• Organisation of complex diaries and events

This role is suitable for an experienced Personal Assistant with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
