Personal Assistant for a boutique Investment Firm in Central London. 

A boutique investment firm based in Central London is seeking a superstar PA and Office Manager to join their close-knit team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to provide dedicated support to two Directors while overseeing the smooth running of the office. This is a varied and dynamic position, which will allow you to grow in the role.

Role: Personal Assistant
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days in the office
Location: Central London

Responsibilities:
  • Diary management, scheduling and arranging travel
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  • Planning and executing various events
  • Handling invoices and expenses
  • Oversight of office operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar PA / Office Manager role, Financial Services background is advantageous
  • Proactive, organised and exceptional attention to detail
  • Articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Packages - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Confidence, resilience and the ability to manage expectations
