Our client is looking for a lovely, super personable PA to support the CEO & Creative Director for a well known British clothing brand. This role consists of traditional PA duties as well as some personal support. You will be required to come into their office 4 days a week, 1 day form home.  

What you’ll do:
  • Manage extensive diaries across multiple teams including the CEO and Creative Director
  • Coordinate meetings, making sure the Executives are always fully briefed
  • Assist with presentations
  • Book and manage travel and expenses
  • General administration
  • Assist with personal duties such as booking appointments etc
What you’ll need:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant (ideally supported at C-suite level)
  • Background in fashion/ retail would be advantageous
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Highly organised and fantastic attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
