PA to 2 Directors

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (office based)

South East London

Our client is looking for a solid Personal Assistant to assist two Directors. You will have current experience handling C+ Suite professionals and the day to day managing of their workloads. You must be highly professional, organised and able to think ahead to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Diary management - Board meetings, Senior Management and Operations Meetings
  • Minute taking, distribution of minutes and follow ups
  • Distribute all meeting materials
  • Internal meeting communications following internal meetings
  • Provide team assistance to wider senior management team as required
  • Manage external events and meeting venues, arranging refreshments and dinners as required
  • Supplier relationship management, negotiating payments and contracts
  • File maintenance and database of online documentation updated regularly
  • Supporting and assisting with internal social events i.e. summer & Christmas parties
  • Arranging focus groups and survey questionnaires as appropriate
  • Preparing documents and presentations for meetings as required

Job Requirements

  • Solid and recent five years’ experience working within a PA or EA capacity
  • Experience of working within property, surveying or real estate beneficial
  • Discreet, practical, organised and pragmatic.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
  • Able to prioritise own workload and with a flexible approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
