Personal Assistant
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, this fast paced and rewarding role is responsible for supporting him across all aspects of his several businesses. We are seeking a driven individual with executive assistance experience, ideally with existing property experience or a strong desire to learn and gain exposure to the property sector.
Based at the head office in Temple Fortune, this is a busy yet rewarding role where you will work across a variety of areas, including finance, operations, property management, diary management, planning applications, email management.
Key Responsibilities For the Director:
• Diary management
• Email management
• Assistance with general life admin such as insurance, travel, etc.
• Ad hoc personal tasks as and when required
For Investments:
• Oversight and management of the property portfolio
• Liaising with the Property Management teams to produce reports and updates tracking the progress of investments, including service charge analysis and reporting
• Project management of ongoing developments; liaising with surveyors and valuers for inspections and reporting
• Drafting planning applications
• Monitoring all correspondence and ensuring deadlines aren’t missed for lodging applications, accounting reports, etc.
• Stakeholder management • Implementing a project management workflow
• Maintaining accurate and organised documentation
Office management
• Assistance in general administrative tasks as and when required
What We’re Looking For
• Some experience in property and finance or your capacity to learn the workings of the role
• Strong organisational, prioritising and deadline management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• An ability to think strategically
• Ability to be well-organised and efficient
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• A team player
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to be hands-on when necessary
