Their experience includes working with clients across central and local government, NHS commissioning and provider organisations, housing associations and private sector companies.

The Job:

We are delighted to be assisting our client with their vacancy for a Personal Assistant (PA) in their Housing team in their Leeds office. In this role our client is seeking someone who has PA experience ideally gained in legal or professional services. This is joining their Housing Management team in their Leeds office.

In this role you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative activities which will help to provide excellent support to their Housing lawyers and clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications including email, phone and post
  • Schedule travel
  • Plan events

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone with:

  • An experienced PA, ideally within Legal but also professional services experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Flexible to work in the office as and when required

The Benefits:

The Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm

Central Leeds, no car parking (working from home & office)

The Salary:

£27-28,000
