Role: Personal Assistant

Location: Southampton

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £28k per annum

Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to fulfil a full time, temporary role within Southampton. The ideal candidate will be someone who can handle a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain the diary, ensuring all appointments and meetings are up to date.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including transportation and accommodation, ensuring a seamless schedule.
  • Act as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic diary management.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
