Personal Adviser Children

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Personal Advisor to work within Wokingham Borough Council. Your role will be to provide care, support and guidance for care leavers (aged 16-25 years) to enable them to reach their full potential within their communities, placements or families. 

Some Key Information Is Highlighted Below:

Rate: £22 per hour. 

Hours: 37 hours per week. 

Working Arrangements: This role is hybrid with an expectation that workers are in the office 3 days a week.

Essential Skills: 

• Good communication skills
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• It literate/ competent ICT usages
• Able to work in a non-judgmental way/ commitment to achieving the best for every young person
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond calmly in crises
