Reed Accountancy are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team, specialising in the permanent Accountancy & Finance market.

You will be joining a very well-established and highly respected team covering the Sussex area, within one of the highest performing offices in the whole of Reed. We are based in Crawley however offer a flexible, hybrid working approach. 

As a Recruitment Consultant, your key duties will include:

  • Development of business, building and maintaining excellent relationships 
  • Working to KPIs which includes outbound calls to develop relationships and pro-actively market candidates
  • Regularly meeting clients in person and via Teams 
  • Registration of candidates, compliance checks and marketing to local businesses
  • Negotiation of services and fees
  • Market analysis, understanding of competitors and local businesses
