WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a People Solutions Coach for UK Corporate and Nike Direct, based in London. The People Solutions Coach will be responsible to effectively deliver the following tasks

• Employee Relations Sensing
• Compensation Consultation
• Management Coaching
• Career Coaching
• Organization Sensing & Planning
• Delivery of local Human Resources tasks

You are an HR Generalist with strong interpersonal skills, business acumen. You will be coaching employees and managers to be the best version of themselves while bringing true partnership and innovative solutions to the People Solutions Coaching team. You will have a broad knowledge and expertise in various HR functions including employee relations, employment law, organizational development, management coaching, change management, training, talent and performance management. It is also a plus to have some experience relating to total rewards, staffing and recruitment as well as a deep understanding of the UK market and subsequent HR landscape.

• Represent Nike Inc. & People Solutions with professionalism and integrity, both internally and externally.
• Be part of a team of People Solutions Coaches, that is based in various locations across EMEA.
• Create clarity and consistency on the roles and responsibilities of the PS Coach role for the UK, including local HR tasks.
• Ensure consistent high quality standards of service delivery.
• Partner with People Solutions Consultants and People Solutions Coaches to drive an effective and impactful strategy for PS Coaching in the UK and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions for all Nike Teammates.
• Active colleague and partner to the rest of the PS Coaching team to ensure alignment and smooth support for moments that matter most for Nike Inc. teammates.

You will report to the Director, People Solutions Services EMEA. Key stakeholders entail People Solutions Consultants (UK and EMEA) to consistently calibrate on various topics and in accordance with the Operating Model, to enable a smooth HR knowledge transfer, as well as advocate for changes required across HR processes and policies to support improved experiences for Nike Teammates.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training.
• Proven record of progressive HR Experience in HR Generalist or similar roles
• Strong knowledge and a wide array of experiences in HR Disciplines such as Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Organization Planning and others.
• Knowledge of UK HR policies & practices.
• Thorough understanding of the UK employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to lead and influence change and process improvements.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to identify opportunities to enhance the teammate experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional EU languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems or other Software Systems
