People Systems Analyst
London
£45K- £60K per annum

My client is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the HR/People Systems Lead you will have core responsibilities around the configuration, design and development of Workday HCM in Partnership with the rest of the people systems team. You'll manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, whilst effectively managing prioritising assignments and working to strict deadlines. You will support various implementations and improvements of projects across the modules and the globe. You will:

  • Function as an expert for Workday administration - People transactions, business process configuration and design, including advising the People Team, managers and employees in the proper use of the system
  • Produce security reports within Workday
  • Work with Head of People Systems to support the coordination and drive automation of People Systems and process improvement and identify areas of improvement to ensure we are using the system effectively and suggest further system changes and enhancements as appropriate
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyse business requirements and provide and support efficient solutions
  • Work with the People team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated projects and changes
  • Work with the People Systems team to manage the prioritisation and execution of Workday fixes
  • Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releases
  • Support all functional aspects of Workday modules and day to day management and maintenance of this
  • Assist in delivery to the company roadmap
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant trainings and other compliance activities related to the role to support the delivery for sustainable and responsible growth

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have knowledge of Workday security and Workday reporting to a functional level
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of Workday experience in post go live environment
  • Have good knowledge of Workday covering HCM, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Talent and Time Tracking
  • Have an inquisitive and challenging mind
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and must have an understanding of HR functions
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have background in business analysis, requirements gathering and supporting solution design
  • Have strong communication skills
