Job Type: Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week, flexible working options available)

Salary: Circa £47,000 per annum FTE

Location: Hybrid role with frequent travel across London and the South East for client and internal meetings. You will need to live within an easy commute of central London.

As our client base expands, we're excited to welcome a People Partner who will focus mainly on London and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to other parts of South East England.

You'll collaborate with clients and colleagues to adeptly manage a wide spectrum of HR matters, including employee relations, resourcing, organisation development, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, people leadership, and business transformation.

About You

You relish the prospect of uncovering fresh HR avenues to bolster our clients' success and delivering finely tuned, comprehensive HR solutions. Your proficiency and experience in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, each with unique requirements, coupled with your skill to adapt your approach accordingly, set you apart.

Qualifications and Expertise

You hold at least a minimum of a CIPD qualification at level 5, and a level 7 qualification (or equivalent) would be a distinct advantage. Your background shines with substantial time as an HR Business Partner or Adviser, demonstrating your ability to provide expert guidance across a range of HR scenarios.

Your repertoire encompasses chairing formal HR meetings, orchestrating complex investigations, and formulating policies and procedures. You possess the finesse to distill extensive data into concise reports and outcome letters that drive impactful decision-making. Your aptitude in crafting a variety of HR communications adheres to legal standards and mitigates potential risks.

Interpersonal Skills and Adaptability

Your exceptional communication skills go hand in hand with your knack for acclimatising to diverse client contexts. Your ability to manage stakeholders with varying needs underscores your capacity to foster lasting client relationships.

Practical Requirements

A valid UK driving license is essential, and your willingness to travel throughout the South East and occasionally across the UK is crucial. Ideally, you will live within one hour's commute of central London. Your proficiency in IT systems, encompassing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, is fundamental to excelling in this role.
