This is a newly created role within a collaborative and non-hierarchical team, reporting directly into the Head of People. They have built a positive working culture, with a strong focus on DEI, culture and engagement. This is a pivotal time for the business, with a newly appointed CEO looking to drive forward some exciting changes to the business, with the People team playing an important part in this.

As a People Partner, you will have a broad generalist remit working closely with senior leaders, building strong relationships, and understanding their key drivers. This is a true business partnering role, so the ideal candidate will be a natural and effective communicator, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills. They are also looking for someone with an eye for data and reporting, who is able deliver impactful people strategies across this business from working on engagement to change management.
