PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER (Technical) 

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded People Operations Manager to join a innovative and technically focused team on a permanent basis. 

  • Mostly Remote - with occasional travel to London 
  • Up to £44,000 (dependent on experience) 

Our client, an IT Managed Service Provider, are ideally looking for an technically enthusiastic individual to work alongside Senior People Operations Managers to ensure the productive management of people within technical teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Line Management of 30+ people alongside Senior Managers 
  • Managing team welfare
  • Conducting 1:1 meetings and salary reviews
  • Team management
  • Allocating work to technical teams 
  • On-boarding new members
  • Managing the movement of company equipment

Essential:

  • Experience managing teams of 25+ people (18 months minimum) 
  • Good technical knowledge, ideally from previous technically focused roles.
