They are looking for People Coordinator/Administrator to be based out of their site near Tunbridge Wells on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing:

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of their people-focused initiatives, collaborating across departments to create an environment where everyone thrives. Your responsibilities will span from employee relations to onboarding, from talent acquisition to cultural stewardship.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a people/talent or office management role
  • Organised and action-oriented
  • Empathetic and relationship-oriented
  • Technically savvy with administrative prowess
