Our Newcastle Office is currently recruiting for a People Experience Advisor on a 12m FTC.

The Role

The People Experience Advisors sit within the People Experience team.  The People Experience Advisors report directly to the People Advisory Team Manager and have an aligned client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a pro-active, high quality, efficient and effective service to a designated client group

  • Providing operational HR advice and guidance to stakeholders

  • Supporting the employee lifecycle activity

  • Providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues

  • Supportingwith all cyclical activities and lead where appropriate

  • Ensuring transactional processes are performed, in conjunction with the People Experience Assistants and HR Systems (e.g. WorkDay and Service Now), in a timely and effective manner, in line with agreed SLA’s

  • Regularly and effectively reviewing data driven insights for client group

  • Acting as an escalation point for, and collaborating closely with, People Experience Assistants

  • Liaising with Global Mobility Advisor

  • Project Delivery

  • Continuous Improvement

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous HR experience at HR Assistant / HR Advisor level

  • Highly proactive, organised and efficient with strong judgement and a commercial outlook

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively

  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, persuade, challenge and influence effectively  and become a trusted advisor

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment in which business priorities frequently change

  • Agile, flexible and adaptable in thinking and approach

  • Ability to prioritise effectively, forward-thinking and pragmatic
