Role: People & Culture Manager ( part time 3-4 days a week - 6 months contract )

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DoE
Part Time: Contract - Hybrid (2 days WFH)

VisionFR is helping an award winning brand experience agency find a great People & Culture Manager to evolve the agency culture. The ideal candidate will be inspiring and passionate about everything HR and be at the forefront of the latest trends. This role is being offered as a part time contract role but could go to permanent.

Skills and Experience of the People & Culture Manager
- CIPD level 7
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Great Organisational and time management skills
- A good commercial head with experience of strategic decision making
- A fab role model
- You must be pro-active and a problem solver
- Able to create, support and nurture the team
- Experienced at coaching both senior and junior staff
- Proven experience in HR processes
