People and Culture Executive

Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a fast-paced Global Technology Company who are looking for a high calibre People and Culture Executive to join their HR team.

THE ROLE:

• Creating employee contracts, keeping employee records and handbook are up to date, managing HR policies, employee benefits and payroll.
• Working closely with the Group HR Director and Senior Operations Manager to implement Learning and Development strategies.
• Assist with recruitment including liaising with agencies and planning the interview process.
• On boarding & off boarding, and employee engagement.
• HR Administration and HR & IT system management.
• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise.

THE PERSON:

• Able to show their passion for working within the HR space.
• Highly confident with great attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Proven experience within a People and Culture Executive role, or similar HR role.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent.
• Previous experience with payroll and working with a HRIS.
