People Advisor

Our client, a leading third sector business with multiple sites across the South, have an exciting requirement for a People Advisor to join their small People Advisory team. You will be supporting with employee relations casework and coaching managers to carry out their own support to their teams.

In this predominantly home-based role, you will be working closely with a Business Partner, supporting your internal customer group across multi-sites throughout the South, providing low level ER advice and guidance where appropriate. You will be providing guidance, coaching and support to all leaders in respect of first-line employee relations matters including disciplinaries, performance management and grievances.
