People Advisor - Hybrid Working
I am currently partnering with a client located in Salford in their search for a People Advisor. This is a brand new role where you will join the existing people team. Reporting into the People Manager you will take responsibility for the following:
- Supporting with the delivery of the people plan and projects
- Coaching Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
- Advising on absence and performance issues
- Creation of HR documentation in line with company policy
- Driving engagement across the field-based workforce population
- Talent attraction and retention
My client is looking for a confident, engaging and personable HR professional who is passionate about adding value, and ideally part CIPD qualified, with experience of supporting remote workers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work off your own initiative are both essentials for this role.
Please note there would be a requirement to travel with this role approximately every 6-8 weeks, in between this the role offers hybrid working.
