You will be joining a dynamic team that works with a range of private and public sector clients and will be tasked with establishing and maintaining effective pension schemes operations and governance processes.

The ideal Pension Consultant will have worked on a range of pension transformations and have knowledge in some of the following; outsourcing, administration contract reviews, target operating model design, software selection & implementation, data analysis, process re-engineering, implementing operational change, governance / risk management, and benchmarking.

This role is offering a base of £80,000 + strong benefits.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience undertaking largescale pension change projects, with extensive exposure to the UK pensions industry
  • A track record of delivery across a range of pensions projects and the ability to be adaptable to meet changing client demands
  • Knowledge in a consultative capacity
  • Change experience
  • Experience of trust and/or contract based pension arrangements
  • Hybrid Working: 2 Days in office
  • PMI Qualified – beneficial.
