Job Title Pensions & Benefits Consultant | Location Gaydon

As a Pensions & Benefits Consultant, you'll be highly self-motivated, reliable, positive and enthusiastic. Thriving on managing a broad range of stakeholders, your remit is to manage Aston Martin's pension and benefit offering, including non-cash benefits and well-being programs.

You're not interested in just going through the motions in this role. You want to be responsible for ensuring pension, benefit and wellbeing costs are monitored and managed effectively, with the courage to propose changes for forthcoming budgets.

Working with a team of professionals, you'll be implementing and executing the operational plan for our pension, benefits and well-being offerings. You will monitor external statutory, legal and other best practice trends which may have an impact on Aston Martin's benefit practices and propose changes/ updates as appropriate.

As our Pensions & Benefits Consultant, you'll be instrumental in ensuring all benefits remain fit for purpose, delivering on the Reward strategy, and providing value for money. You will have the trust of the team to manage Aston Martin's pension and benefit offering effectively. You will be the point of contact for all employee pension, wellbeing and benefit queries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner.

  • Prior experience of pension and benefits management
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key vendors
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • A personal passion for reward and the impact it can have on business performance and individual engagement
  • Current knowledge of best practice in pension, benefits provision and wellbeing initiatives
