This organisation is a non-profit regulatory body based in London, who independently regulate the people and places of their industry.

Your new role
A stand-alone role that sits within the broader HR function and reports to the COO, key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all relationships and contracts with third party providers (payroll, pensions, and various benefits)
  • Preparing monthly payroll for approx. 300 employees
  • Work closely with the HR Systems & Shared Services Manager to further develop the integrated payroll and HR System (iTrent)
  • Act as first point of contact for employees on all pay, pension, and benefit queries


What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Extensive payroll management experience
  • Be well-versed in managing external providers, ensuring they deliver on contractual requirements
  • Excellent payroll systems knowledge, ideally with iTrent
  • Significant knowledge of pension scheme admin and employee benefit schemes
