Due to growth my client, an award winning Pension and Actuarial consultancy, currently seek a talented and experienced candidate to join their Pension Correction team. Working closely with Scheme Actuaries and Client Managers your duties will include:

  • Supporting a range of clients and taking ownership of projects such as data cleansing, GMP comparisons, and other benefit correction activities.
  • Managing the implementation process for GMP equalisation.
  • Regular reporting regarding benefit correction process and progress.
  • Handling key aspects of projects from start to finish.
  • Review and checking of junior colleagues work and calculations.
  • Drafting of client reports
  • Knowledge of complaints, breaches and procedure frameworks

Applicants are likely to be part / fully qualified actuaries or possess strong technical pensions knowledge including complex calculations along with a preference for more technical work. Previous exposure to GMP would be advantageous along with work / colleague oversight experience. Strong data analysis and analytical skills are essential along with a sound educational background.
