Working for an established manufacturing & electronics company that designs and manufactures high-tech electronics and electromechanical products, as a quality inspector, your main job will be to inspect visually and using various inspection equipment. The role will also include supporting the assembly of PCBs from time to time.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Visually inspects surface mount printed circuit boards (PCB)
  • Final Inspection of products using various pieces of equipment to customer requirements
  • Maintain and update quality records and systems
What you’ll need:
  • Experience working in an inspection, PCB, cable assembly or unit wiring role
  • Using various tools such as test equipment, soldering irons and metering equipment.
  • Ideally trained to IPC-610 or 620
  • The ability to read technical drawings and specifications
