Job Title: Tutor (Payroll)
Salary: up to £38K 
Location: Remote, UK 
  
JGA has teamed up with an Ofsted OUTSTANDING training provider currently in search of a Payroll Tutor to join their team. This presents an excellent opportunity for seasoned Payroll professionals seeking greater flexibility.

No prior tutoring experience is necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Crafting and delivering training and mentorship.
  • Contributing to the broader business services team.
  • Assisting in the growth and support of Payroll apprentices.
  • Strategizing teaching, learning, and mentorship to meet apprenticeship standards.
What you will bring:
  • Individuals dedicated to pursuing a career in tutoring and willing to invest time in development for tutoring roles.
  • A highly organized work approach.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • A passion for both Payroll and Apprenticeship sectors.
  • A background in Payroll delivery and operations, with robust technical skills capable of keeping pace with legislative curriculum changes.
  • While the CIPP qualification is preferred, it's not mandatory.
