Temporary Payroll Supervisor - £175 - £200 Day Rate – (hybrid working) Woking, Surrey
 
We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading professional services business who operate globally and are on the lookout for a Payroll Supervisor.
 
Due to continued growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroller to implement new processes and controls for their global payroll on a temporary basis.
 
About Your New Role:
  • Manage all elements of the UK payroll process from start to finish.
  • Review, monitor and implement new processes to make improvements.
  • In depth knowledge of payroll regulations, national insurance, statutory payments & pensions.
  • Eventually take ownership of international payroll.
  • Manage the month payroll cycles.
  • First point of contact for any payroll queries.
  • Prepare and produce statistical reports to go to a third-party provider.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience running all aspects of a payroll function.
  • Experience calculating pension contributions, taxes, employee wages.
  • Experience working internationally (not essential).
  • Able to explain complicated information to non-Payroll experts.
  • Proactive, organised, and strong analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication.
  • Ideally have a short notice period.
