Your new company are a well-known Not-For-Profit organisation, with their head office in Swansea.

Your new role
Your new role will be to;

  • Strategically supervise and motivate the Payroll team.
  • Review the workload of other members of the Payroll team.
  • Manage your own payroll deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of managing a high-volume payroll.
  • Act as the point of contact for any escalated matters within the department.
  • Review, monitor and implement new processes to improve the department.
  • Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate Payroll function.
  • Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience running all aspects of a Payroll function.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need;

  • Extensive experience of Payroll and supervision/management within the team.
  • Capable of liaising with stakeholders and management.
  • Proven ability to both lead and motivate those within the department.
  • Be available to start a new role within the next 2 weeks.
