A well-established, reputable Legal company are searching for a Payroll Specialist. This is the perfect role for a confident individual who is looking for their next challenge and join a driven team, where you will be an integral part of the business as you look to join the payroll function.

The business is looking for a dynamic and engaging individual who is looking to take the next steps in their career, where you look to gain full ownership of the payroll process. In this role you'll be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders, giving you all-round exposure.

Skills required

  • Some work experience in a similar position, so you can hit the ground running.
  • A great understanding of payroll and a familiarity of payroll systems e.g. Tempaid Payroll, Aspire CRM and Sage, would be advantageous.
  • Have great communication and time management skills, to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Have the ability to work autonomously while using your own initiative, demonstrating the trust the company will have in you.
