Payroll Specialist - urgent role!

A Payroll Specialist is needed to join a dynamic team in the Accounting & Finance department. This individual will manage all aspects of payroll processes and systems ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Hybrid working - office based 3 days / home 2 days.

Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Description

• Managing end-to-end payroll processing for the company.
• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and submitting reports on payroll activities to management.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee payroll queries.
• Reviewing and improving payroll policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the HR department to synchronise data.
• Participating in payroll projects requiring payroll input.

Profile

A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
