Payroll Senior, Camberley, Hybrid Working, £25K-£35K

Your new company
- This new firm is a medium-sized accountancy practice based in Camberley, Surrey, that specialises in providing payroll services to small and medium-sized businesses across the southeast of England.
- They have been operating in this market for over 20 years and are a pillar of the payroll market in Hampshire/Surrey. They have a team of qualified and professional accountants / payrollers who can handle all aspects of payroll administration, compliance, and reporting.
Your new role
-Identifying potential opportunities with client portfolio for payroll service firms and /or wider firm.
-Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop knowledge and new skills to grow payroll service.
-Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all payrolls are efficiently processed.
-Ensuring high levels of quality by thoroughly reviewing payroll reports in line with our payroll control framework.
-Managing client expectations and assisting clients with a positive attitude.
-Managing & dealing with client issues / problems with their payroll matters.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous payroll experience, preferably in a small environment
- Experience of Star/IRIS Payroll Professional is desired.
- Simultaneous management of multiple payrolls.
- Good communication + comfortable talking with clients is anything payroll related
