FRS are recruiting a Payroll Officer for a global, market leading business. You will be reporting into the Payroll Manager & working in a team of 4 in your Payroll department. The payroll is growing due to recent acquisitions but at the moment is approximately 2,000. Candidates with experience of processing both UK & ROI payroll will have an advantage!

Suitable Candidates Will Have / Be

  • Part of a team processing circa 2000 on a UK & ROI payroll
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude to ensure accuracy in processing payroll data and resolving discrepancies
  • Strong problem-solving skills in order to think creatively and find solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments, as well as to address payroll-related queries and issues from employees
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes in the payroll landscape while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
