Description

  • Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
  • Support audits by providing required reports
  • Stay updated with payroll tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments
  • Assist in payroll system improvements

Profile

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

  • Used Oracle HR/Payroll system
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills to answer employee queries effectively
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest payroll practices and laws
