Payroll Officer - £33,000 / £35,000 - Thatcham - Hybrid

An introduction to the company and role:

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a vibrant company who are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join the team!

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

  • Responsible for processing the monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely delivery

  • Managing all payroll queries

  • Processing starters, leavers, SSP, SMP & pension

  • Assisting HR with general administration duties

  • Assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures

What experience do you need?

  • At least 2 years experience working within Payroll

  • Understanding of the UK payroll processes

  • Previous experience working with HR and Payroll systems 

  • Intermediate Excel skills
