Main Responsibilities

You will provide cross-functional training to address any shortfalls due to absenteeism, ensuring that the team can operate effectively and efficiently at all times.

In addition to payroll processing, you will be responsible for administering Company benefits and making statutory payments to employees. You will also manage TUPEs and instill a continuous improvement mindset within the team. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes, procedures, and technologies to streamline payroll operations and enhance compliance.

Working closely with the HR Service Team and Third Party Advisors, you will ensure full compliance with current legislation at all times. This will involve staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and best practices and implementing any necessary changes to ensure that the Payroll Team operates within legal and ethical guidelines.
