Temp Payroll Manager urgently required - £30 per hour. (Annual equivalent £62 000).

We are urgently seeking a Temp Payroll Manager, to work at a leading 5 star Hotel Group in the West-End.

The rate of pay is £30 per hour. Working 40 hours per week. The job is totally office based. No remote working at all.

The Payroll Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the Company’s payroll. Ensuring that month end payroll every month is delivered according to deadlines. They will lead and develop the payroll team to provide effective support and advice to the business on all payroll matters. Making sure that all team members are up to date on current payroll legislation.

Duties:

  • Oversee all payroll calculations.
  • Reconcile payroll amounts entered onto payroll prior to sign off.
  • Process Time & Attendance integration.
  • Run the payroll for the whole company.
  • Run ad hoc reports for the Financial controller.
  • Process the regular monthly reports.
  • Supervise the reconciliation of monthly payroll costs.
  • Answer payroll related queries.
  • Assist the Group Payroll Financial controller.

Candidates must have 5 years of payroll experience. A background in Hospitality would be a bonus.

Location: West-End.

Start date: May.

Rate per hour: £30 (equivalent annual salary is £62 000).

Hours: 40 hrs per week.
