Are you an experienced Finance professional who would thrive on the opportunity to shape the direction of a large payroll team? If so, Venture recruitment are handling a role that might be of interest.

This is an exciting time to join a business going through a continued period of commercial growth. They are also renowned locally for their stunning offices with a breathtaking view of the Dorset coastline.

The Financial Controller is keen to work closely with this position, and for you to give regular input to shape the direction of the business.

They are equally open to speaking with Payroll Manager of Finance Managers who would benefit from a Payroll focus. For the right individual they will also offer a great deal of flexibility around working patterns.

You will ensure the smooth running of multiple payrolls, overseeing efficient processing, as well as proactively streaming procedures, and preparing journals to accurately reflect payroll in the monthly reporting process.
