Payroll Manager
FRS are seeking a Payroll Manager for a company located in Swadlincote. The role involves leading a team of 4-5 within the Payroll department, providing guidance, motivation, and overseeing processes / improving procedures.
The company offers a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000, along with the option for hybrid working. Ideal candidates will be seasoned Payroll Managers seeking a new opportunity in a forward-thinking company or highly skilled Payroll Team Leaders / Supervisors ready to advance to their first managerial role. Experience in processing both UK and ROI payrolls is essential.

Duties Will Include
- End to end payroll for approx 2000 - 2500
- Leading a team of 4 within the Payroll team
- Motivating & ensuring effective KPI's are set & you're getting the best from your team
- Ensuring the delivery of a high quality and effective service that meets all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring compliance for UK & ROI payroll legislation, pension regulations & benefit schemes
- Advanced understanding of payroll systems and proficiency & implementing and maintaining new payroll systems
- Strong skills in pay data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experienced of TUPE would be highly advantageous
- Experience using SAP or ADP would also be highly advantageous
