This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company as they go through a period of change, our client who are based in the South West are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join them for a period of 12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll and expenses workload, including monthly runs.
  • Manage two direct reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR team on projects impacting payroll.

Transformation and Improvement:

  • Audit processes, systems, and policies.
  • Make recommendations to enhance efficiency's
  • Determine necessary resources for team success.
  • Develop road-map for team development.

Additional Info

  • South West based role
  • Travel to other sites across the region at last 1 day per week
  • Hybrid Working
  • On-site parking

  • hourly/daily rate or FTC considered
