Temp to perm Payroll Manager for an energy company based in West London

A medium sized and fast-growth energy company is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team on a temp to perm basis.

The role will require you to be heavily involved with the implementation of a new payroll software and new procedures and controls.

The role will involve end-to-end process management including full accountability for payroll for over 500 employees including reconciliations, managing third-party relationships, ensuring all employee information is up-to-date and ensuring HMRC regulations are adhered to.

If a candidate could provide additional ad-hoc support to the finance team, then that would be beneficial.

The role is based in West London and has flexible, hybrid working, ideally 2 - 3 days per week in the office.

Part-time candidates (3 days per week) would also be considered for this role.

The ideal Payroll Manager for the role:

  • Would have experience managing end-to-end payroll for 300+ employees (essential)
  • Would have experience with a very manual payroll process using Excel and also automated payroll software (essential)
  • Have experience working through the implementation of a new payroll software (ideal)
  • Have experience improving processes and controls, ensuring they have been communicated across HR and finance (essential)

You must have a notice period of 3 weeks or less to be considered for the role.

If this is the role for you, apply now!
