We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an esteemed organisation. This role offers the chance to lead the payroll function within a well-established company, providing an ideal environment for professional growth and development. What will the Payroll Manager role involve?

  • Oversee all aspects of daily payroll operations for up to 1000 employees.
  • Produce reports adhering to current legislation and anticipating future changes.
  • Implement best practices to meet time-sensitive objectives, regularly reviewing and enhancing processes and controls.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance for financial and non-financial data, maintaining security across payroll systems and employee records to meet internal and external standards.
  • Offer assistance to the Operations team regarding payroll-related issues.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Manager vacancy:

  • CIPP Qualification preferred.
  • Experience with Sage Payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience with zero-hour contracts and holiday pay is desirable.
