While this is a London based firm, the scope of the role has international aspects as they have small offices in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Due to expansion and complexity, the firm is now needing a Payroll Manager experienced in FCA regulated environment (ideally Buy Side) to come in, manage the Payroll, support Finance with other Remuneration tasks and offer support to a more junior position who looks after the SIP.

This position will be very hands on and will be very much stand alone.

The Role

  • Run monthly and annual payroll for UK and International offices
  • Run compensation related processes and data
  • Run deferred remuneration plan
  • Manage annual performance related pay.
  • Liase with 3rd party providers in the UK and abroad.

The Candidate

  • Essential to have a proven track record in a relevant role within the Financial Services. Buy Side experience is particularly desired.
  • Knowledge and experience of running UK Payroll and ideally European and/or US payroll (via 3rd party providers)
  • Excellent understanding of SIP's
  • Sound personal attributes including flexibility, punctuality, reliability and (most importantly) amiability. This is a close knit team and you'll have to enjoy getting along with people.

This role offers:

  • Flexible working (1 or 2 days working from home)
  • 27 days annual leave
  • Excellent benefits and discretionary bonus
  • 10% Pension contributions

Experience working within the UK is essential and there will be no sponsorship possibilities.
