We are urgently seeking a strong payroll professional to join a leading retail businesses payroll team.

As Payroll Manager you’ll be responsible for:
  • Managing the payroll process for 1,300+ employees.
  • Ensure accuracy in elements such as regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and other compensations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax returns (P60s and P11Ds)
  • Conduct performance evaluations, offering feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.
 The ideal candidate will possess:
  • CIPP Qualified or pursuing recognized qualification with extensive payroll expertise.
  • Proficient in payroll software systems and Excel including Vlookups. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and PAYE procedures.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and keen attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
