A Payroll Lead is being recruited on a 12-month FTC to start ASAP.

This company provides support to larger companies across key working areas of a business.

As the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Playing a key part in the delivery of a new payroll software implementation
  • Working with senior stakeholders of the business with any payroll complexities
  • Assisting the wider payroll function with driving payroll compliance and payroll best practice
  • The Payroll Lead will have up to date payroll and pension legislation knowledge and ensure they are aware of any future payroll legislation changes
  • Support with BAU processing when required

This role can offer a very hybrid/remote working pattern (office days 1 / 2 days a month)
