Title: Payroll Lead

Contract: 6-month FTC

Benefits: 38 Days annual leave, 30% Bonus,

Location: Birmingham or Edinburgh

Salary: £100,000 pro rata

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively manage stakeholders to ensure project sponsor, steering group (including Executive) and other stakeholders are kept informed of project progress
  • Implement and operate effective and robust governance and control environment in line with the change management framework
  • Capable of providing management oversight
  • Often working in a complex, ambiguous, high pressured and time constrained environment managing across multiple business units, third parties and strategic partners
  • Effectively manage and influencing multiple and diverse senior stakeholder groups up to ExCo level. Collaborating effectively across both internal teams and external organisations/strategic partners
  • Provide strong leadership and critical decision making skills to support the organisation in both the delivery and the adoption of large scale complex change

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a highly payroll lead with delivery experience with Oracle HCM.

Essential

  • Payroll delivery project/programme management experience
  • Oracle HCM and Payroll
  • Certification - Associate of Project Management (APM) - PMQ level or equivalent

Desirable

  • Membership - Managing Successful Programmes or equivalent
